This is a great story of how this couple, who are part time clowns, decided to send red clown noses to the troops, and the feed back that they got from some of these women and men. And this got me wondering if every person in the world were made to wear a clown nose would we be in these conflicts and predicaments around the world. I mean how pissed off could you get at someone who is wearing a big red clown nose. Or better yet would we take seriously the so called leaders who get us into these terrible situations. Think about it.

I like the idea of clown noses. Anything that can be done to reduce the tension in the world has my support.
But why stop at clown noses? The world is overcrowded. Forcing people into close contact with other people has been proven to raise tensions. I think we should implement Clown Feet (shoes) as a way to give people the space they need. If everyone wore a size 30 clown shoe, you could not get closer than three feet from anyone else – people would be forced to give each other the space they need! It would also slow down the pace of life – no one can run in clown shoes either. I think this idea has real merit.
And as an aside, there would be the population control benefits. Conception requires close proximity.
I like the way your thinking Jack.
I demonstrated my trick boutonniere to a police officer, but it didn't get me out of the ticket. In fact, it got me two more. Luckily, I had a really long handkerchief with which to wipe away my tears.
