Well Evil was fired up tonight. I think she was hopped up on goof balls or something. She was really pushing and yelling at the top of her lungs. I was right in front of her and it was loud. I think one of her rug rats got to her before she showed up tonight. She was in a rare mood, really screaming at us, more than usual. I thought at one point she was going to get off of her bike and start hitting us with something. Well we all made it and everything turned out OK, no heart attack or anything like that. She also had a whole lot of energy tonght as well. Goof balls probably.
Evil won't be running a class next monday. Something about doing something with one of her kids. What's that all about. What about us, sheesh. Well any who I wonder if I would look too weird wearing earmuffs to exercise. I guess not any weirder than I already look.

So tell me Willie...
What the heck is a peadle? Never heard that term before and neither has Webster's for that matter! Could you at least try to spell your titles correctly? Oh yeah, I should probably also mention that you are starting to repeat yourself a little bit. I'm talking about the goofballs comment that you brought up twice in the same paragraph. Just another sign of dementia and old age I suppose.
Personally I didn't think I was yelling that loud or too much. You guys were slacking a little here and there. There was CHAOS at the beginning of class, remember? Yeah it was Heidi with her cycling shoe jammmed in the PEDAL. "Help me! Help me! I can't get out!"Everybody had to jump off their bikes and twist her leg out of the cleat. Yeah, that started things out real smooth. Thanks Heidi!
One more bone to pick dearest Willie...not one single iota of a mention about the Beatles Birthday Spin Bash we had for you on Monday. And I even admitted to you that I was wrong. Gee Whiz! The Beatles did work and the class loved it. That's okay, I can handle it I guess. I tried so hard to get back in your good graces. Oh well...
Yours truly,
Amy
What are talking about peadle, oh well. And yes thank you for the Beatles Birthday Spin Bash.It was really great, although it did take me a couple of weeks to convince you that it would work.
And Heidi with the shoe thing. When I looked over at her the first time I thought she snapped off her foot. And all of the interlopers hopping around all over the place. You had better reel those people in.
By the way did you get the picture reference? Hopped up on goof balls, get it. I love saying hopped up on goof balls,
Uncle Willie,
Don't you like it when the instructor is yelling?
Nothing is worse than having an instructor who mumbles or can't be heard over the music. I like clear and voluble communication in spin.
