Well Friday there was no instructor in spin class. So we all elected Josh to run the class. Josh you see just turned 21 and it is like he is shot out of a canon 24 hours a day. Well any who he has probably been thinking about this moment for a long time. Because he gets right into it. And from the get go I am huffing and puffing like a gazelle that was chased by a lion. Well he just never let up. I don't think he realized that all of the class is between 45 and 100 years of age. I think he thought he was dealing with people of his own age. I was going so fast that I almost dropped my Carter Little Liver Pills and bottle of Geritol and Viagra.
All kidding aside, I have to say that it was a great workout with very good music. If he ever runs spin class again I am bringing lead shoes for the boy. But you know what , I doubt that they would even slow Josh down. The kid is motivated. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw him running for President of the US in 15 years. And I would take complete credit for it if he did become President.

I think, most likely, by unanimous vote, Josh is henceforth to be given the official title of "Evil Junior." After today's spin class (Sat., which was round 2 of no instructors for spin class and Josh's 2nd official day of Mr. Elected Spin Class substitute teacher) I certainly thought he deserved that title. He killed us!! It is essential to note that Willie, a.k.a. Mr. "M.I.A." was fully supported by all 3 of his "Peeps" presence but did not see fit to make an appearance at Spin Class. Perhaps he ate too much the night before at the Quarterdeck??? And spent the night paying for it??? Let us know, Willie. Any plans to grace us with your presence on Monday with the return of our Evil Spin Goddess (who, I'm sure, will have returned with renewed vigor and will be pushing us beyond the point of no return...) We should not praise him to much because next thing you know he'll drop out of school to become a trainer at the Y. And I want to know a future President by his first name.
And yes I will be there on Monday. I wouldn't miss what Evil has up her sleeve.

I think you're right Josh definitely has presidetial material but his only downfall for that position is that he really is an honest and good guy...it's not an act...so I don't know if that disqualifies him?? Anyone who would show up on a Saturday AM to give a bunch of middle age women a ride from hell definitely gets my vote...and that's after working Saturday nite....I hope as he ages and after all your mentoring he can keep that positive youthful attitude....on second thought you should stop mentoring him cus when it comes to positve attitudes we know you lost yours many moons ago...now if sarcasm was a presidential quality you'd be all over it....Mary
