Last night my wife and I were invited to a pumpkin carving party at our friends home in Owls Head. So in my mind it was going to be inside, toasty and warm. Well in their mind and in reality it was outside. But it could not have been better. There was a blazing fire to keep warm good food and good people. And the carvers of the pumpkins did a spectacular job. It was a beautiful night and when the candles were added to the pumpkins it was spectacular. I just had a wonderful time with this group of people. It was the night, the food and I think most of all it was the 35 beers that I drank.
