Kazunheit

Today's workout from Evil was very good. It was very hard with good music as usual. But it did not look like Evil was in a good mood as she did not know that the "official" classes had been canceled for the week. She was a little teed off. She must have had a bad cold because the work out sounded like, OK add tension (snort). Stand up and (AH COO) run. Sit down and (sniffle snork and slunk) go. I thought that I was getting sprayed being in the front row. Most likely the whole class will be out with the Evil bug next week. Thanks Ev.

Hey Willie,
This Am we were talking about how much time Amy spends preparing her workouts for us...average of about 6 hours...Do you think you could spend as much time preparing your blogs....I like to move it, move it?...what do you think we are idiots????
Anyway Heidi and I ran a repeat performance of Amy's workout this AM. Thank you for the CD by the way it worked well. So the workout was good but it just didn't have the same impact as when Amy runs the class. Now don't get me wrong we both had a very good workout but when Amy runs it it is definitely over the top...So stop complaining about the coughing, snorting and sneezing....A workout from Amy even when she is under the weather is always great.
See you in the AM...

Thanks Mary,

You are too kind! I'm so impressed that you & Heidi were able to repeat Monday's workout. Geez Louise- I can't even remember what we did!!! It's like trying to remember what I ate for lunch yesterday. Better yet, the feeling you get after taking a "final" when you can't remember anything you studied. I think all my brain cells must be spilling out in my sweat. I think it's all Willie's fault.

Willie don't you think you were exaggerating just a little bit with my symptoms? Snort, sniffle, snork and slunk? I was so drugged up on cold medicine class I don't think any of those symptoms came through. I never did get a chance to wipe my bike down after class, so if you don't want to get the "evil bug" you better either avoid or super sanitize #5.

Everybody- have a happy and HEALTHY Turkey Day!

Amy--
I'm in trouble, then...I had bike #5 both Tues. & Wed when we repeated your workouts...so much for getting Willie back--looks like I'll be the next recipient of the Evil bug. Better luck next time.
