A distant Evil ran a hell of a class tonight. I know that I keep going on and on about the last workout being the hardest, but this was the most strenuous workout in all the land. ERSG seems a little preoccupied with I don't know what, but that is not stopping her form going all out in class. She's yelling and pointing at people all through the class. There were two youngsters in class tonight and I am sure that the workout probably will scare them off. But I hope not ,because its nice when I can out preform two 19 year old punks. It makes me feel..well, powerful. Regulars in the class Heidie, and your pal. I was lucky to get in the class, as of Monday night the Tuesday night class was all booked up. But there were 6 people that backed out allowing your pal too workout tonight. All is good in the world.
Once again Evils music was right on. She does not get the credit that she deserves for putting the time in to mix the music for the class. It it's not as easy she makes it seem. It's good to have the Evil one running three classes.

Thanks for your kind words Willie! Glad you liked the w/o and music because it took me all day to fix that stinking mix. It really started to tick me off! Because of my old age senility, was having trouble counting upwards and downwards and I kept screwing up the timing of each particular song. As I am (just a tiny bit) OCD (LOL), I couldn't wrap it up until it was perfect. I think those youngsters will be back, but you better sit in front of them and show them how a real man rides a spin bike.
Willie,
You are so right on about Amy's music--she totally doesn't get the credit she deserves for creating the right musical atmosphere for her strenuous rides. I remember back in college when I was a part-time deejay working for WMEB radio (and had to plan out my 9-midnight slot Wed. night jazz shows)and struggled to put together a good show with good music--what a lot of effort goes into the timing/musical diversity/conversational aspects to it... We are fortunate to have our Evil Amy to care enough to provide us with engaging music to accompany a tougher than hell work-out. As for those two youngsters in class, Willie, you better step it up to show them just how a spin biker bikes...
Hey Heidi,
Thanks also for your very thoughtful words. It makes it all worth while when you guys have fun and enjoy the music. Thanks!!!!
So you were a DJ? Wow, I'm so impressed... Ms. Fryer Queen! So that's why you requested some jazz tunes a while back. Now it all makes sense to me. You'll have to take a shot a using your hidden microphone talent someday when there is no instructor and Willie isn't up to running the show.
I'm sure you'd give a cranking good workout.
Hey Amy,
Let's get it right, shall we? Not "Fryer" Queen, but "Broiler" Queen. There IS a difference, ya know?? (And I had the distinction of being the 33rd and FINAL one since they changed the title the next year to "Miss Waldo County") In regards to my stint as a DJ while in college--it was a blast--the only downer was that when my show ended at midnight I had to walk clear across campus about a mile to my dorm...you've no idea how many weirdos are out at that hour!! But I LOVED DJing and really looked forward to picking out the music to play for it--jazz music rocks....
