Saturdays spin class was very good. There were many people there for your pal too motivate. And over the years I can just sense that the riders look to me. And I know this because, I am the motivator for all of the riders, I can see it in their eyes. People look to your pal for leadership and guidance on how much they should put out during the ride. This Saturday I was sweating like person who is just about to have a colonoscopy and the doctor tells them he has to use the older thicker and longer probe. I mean I was working out, This must have motivated the rest of the class because the were all sweating as must as I was. It makes me feel really good when I can bring out the best in people.
Oh , Mary ran the class.

I meant ask you this a few posts back, but how do you play beer pong? Before your slideshow, I had this image of people bouncing ping pong balls into pint glasses and then drinking them. From what I saw on your slideshow, you were playing ping pong and drinking, so now I'm confused. Which one is it, or is it something different entirely?
Willie,
What I am wondering is...why did Mary's leadership role in class get mentioned at the bottom of your last post and in such miniscule printing?? I mean, REALLY, seems to me that Mary's excellent leadership/motivational abilities should earn her a higher compliment in your post. Now, I realize and agree that YOU are our spinmeister and must retain that coveted position as is only natural, owing to your unfailingly superb guidance...but I do think Mary is deserving of greater press coverage that the bottom of the page...
It is the combination of the two. We play regional rules. If you hit your opponents class or bottle they have to drink a third of the drink. If you get your ping pong ball into their glass they have to drink the whole thing. We use ping pong paddles to play.
Here are a couple variation of the game.
