Willie is in terrific physical shape. If I could only workout his brain... then maybe I could make an impact on his distorted political views... I fear there is no hope, he's a lost cause.
Hey Willie, If Hell Boy rode the new space ship and said it needed more tension then today's spin class must have been hellish for the rest of you because of his extra energy...Amy's class last night was great...I was so famished after that terrific workout that I stopped at Stop-N-Go and got a candy bar and some almonds then went home and had cereal and proceeded to eat my way through more candy, nuts and string cheese!!! (Probably should have re-thought all that eating because it only added back in those 800 calories I lost through the workout!!!) Oh, I liked the spin post reference to "Guy Noir" from NPR--well done! And, of course, I'll let Kyle watch your YouTube version of "Big Bad John" to see if he still enjoys the song...
Amy I was smiling when I wrote that comment. I could never get mad at the Evil one. And Heidi, Josh had a hell of a workout. After Amys marathon and Josh's hell ride my legs were acking.

No I did not ride the new bike, Hell Boy was on it like fly's on poop. He said he liked it, but thought that it did not have enough tension.
