While positive, its really kind of sad the numbers are that low. I mean, only 55% of people under 30 believe marijuana should be legalized? Wow! What're the other 45%--dealers who're afraid of losing business? What an uptight country we live in!
Plus, how can all those Libertarian/Keep the-government-out-my-life Republicans justify opposition to legalization? Bunch of hypocrites.
But the worst aspect of the poll is how the question has to be framed. "Do you think it should be taxed and regulated?" What about the moral fact that when you go to jail you're put in a cage? A freaking cage a-holes! For smoking or selling weed? Thats China people. Thats not America--or at least, not supposed to be.
I agree with you Lodo. What is the hidden agenda. Who is pushing the misinformation about marijuana? Is it the goverment,or the liquor industry, who could lose big chunks of cash if marijuana is make legal.
