The big story around lately is that the Jay Leno show is in trouble for its low ratings. This is making the local affiliates not happy because , they say, his lead in is not helping their local news program. Your pal in looking at this problem has a fix for the local news. Tell their viewers to grab the remote and change the channel to the local new. That is all it will take. Problem solved.
Glen Beck is getting crazier and crazier. From last nights show. Obama is a Marxist, Great Depression Happened in 1948, and he has the charts to prove it. He is making Joe McCarthy look sort of reasonable.
Last nights spin class run by our gal was what I expected. When the evil one said it was not going to be as hard as the Monday class. I am finally learning. It was as hard as Mondays and as usual when she states that it will not be that tough, watch out.
Mark McGuire has admitted that he used steroids. Gee, I did not see that coming. And he said he did not use roids to enhance his skills, he said he used it to come back from injury. Come on Mark own the roid use and move on.
Yesterday my wife called me over to our kitchen window and what do I see but a big old Barred Owl sitting in a tree. It as quite a thrill to see one of these birds out in the day time. Usually they only come out at night. But this guy could hunt during the day because he was wearing a pair of bird sized Ray Bans. Well Mr Darwin I guess you were right they do evolve.

We had an awesome experience during a snow storm last year when a gigantic snow owl took refuge in a big old tree in our back yard for a couple of hours. There's something wonderful and creepy about owls, especially the big ones. It's like they know things, you know?
And this owl seem like he didn't give a hoot about us being around him. It was like it was on somekind of tranquilizers. He was just hanging out for a little r and r.
They're definitely sharp-looking birds. If you took that pic Willie, nice work!
