Alive and Well and Living in Maine

That's right I'm alive and well. After the quick trip to the emergency room for a check up, and to be hooked up with a heart monitor for 2 days, I am back in action. Yesterday I took the morning spin class followed by a trip down to Portland to hook up with my buddy Josh. After a couple of martinis and a couple of beer I was right back on my training schedule. And Sunday I played tennis for an hour and a half. So every thing seems to be O......what is that pain in my left arm...K. So I will not be chan.........wow there is such a pain in my chests right this moment.....ging a thing. So there is no need for anyone to worry about ...............were am I, what do you mean walk to the light......me.

Speaking of death, I was on one of my favorite blogs, Everything in the Medicine Cabinet Has Expired yesterday, and there was a link to Roger Ebert the movie review guy, reflecting on life and death, as he gets closer to his own death. It is very inspiring, you can read it here.
