The Hammer was having a little bit of a problem getting ready for today's spin class. First of all she could not find her shoe, which she had perched on the handle bars of her bike. Then she forgot her decrepit light she uses to see the workouts. This all took about 20 minutes for her to start the class,and by that time I was exhausted and ready to go home. But I stayed and it was a very good workout.
In attendance was Dede, Mary,Heidi and the women who is becoming a regular who I have forgotten her name and poop load of interlopers. There were a lot of new faces in the crowd today, so maybe they will stick around and fill the classes in the future. Again a good workout with great music from the Hammer.

I got there early yesterday and I still can't figure out why it took me so long to set up. My brain was really foggy and I felt a little off. My weekend was uneventful except on Saturday Night when I had to get up every twenty minutes because my dear daughter was puking her guts out. Poor thing. Sunday was spent watching the Super Bowl & doing twenty loads of wash- real exciting , huh?
You are right. I need a roadie. And don't dis my blacklights- I still like them. I didn't forget the light, I forgot my water bottle and my headset and misplaced my shoe before class. I think you are losing your memory while I am losing my wits.
