Workout Number 3......Groundhog Day

Tonight's workout was just magical. I got to the Y early and set up , and as I did people were coming in to do the class. It looked like it was going to be a good night. I had a good workout with some kick ass music. At seven sharp I started the class even thought there were only a couple of people there. I started the workout but I had inadvertently left the door open to the workout room, so the music was drifting out into the gym............Wait a minute this is yesterdays post.

It's probable because I did the same workout today, that I used yesterday. There was just one person who did take last nights class, the other Wendy, in class today, so I asked her if it was all right to do the same workout. She said that it was OK. She also said that she really liked last nights music except for the Heart song "All I Want To Do Is Make Love To You". Saying, the story in the song was a little like a country tune and a little creepy. We all know that the other Wendy, does not like country music or creepiness. So lets all take a look at the words of the song.
