This post is about two women that were at the spin class on Monday. The first is our favorite gal, the queen of pain, the spinner from hell, the madam of mayhem, the evil one herself, ERSG. Yes our gal ran the class yesterday and it was a pip. A whole bunch of hard work and sweat was had by all who attended.
After the class one of the participants and his buddy asked if he could maybe run a few classes. So in your pals mind, hey why not. So this guy got his buddy and our gal Pregnant Carrie who is not pregnant yet, to do a workout with.
Now his buddy takes the class all the time and he does not follow what the instructors instructions. The people who run the classes use moves you can use when you ride your bike on the street. This guy is jumping up and down doing push ups on the handlebar and is completely out of sink with the other people in the class. And you could never do this kind of riding outside on the street.
Later as Evil and I were watching this workout from the outside, she said that people are trying to introduce this type of spinning with a combo of a weird sort of exercise. As we sat there Evil was beside herself. I could not believe there were two of her side by side. But that's another story. I had to calm her down as she was percolating. I pushed a sugar cube in her mouth and in a matter of seconds she had calmed down. Now I don't see the need to do push ups while you are spinning. Spinning is giving me enough of a workout on it's own. But hey who knows what will catch on maybe spinning and power lifting, hummmmmmmmmmm.

Pregnant Carrie, as I said had taken the class and after the class she told me to check out the local newspaper for a article, on her. So your Pal being a good pal said I would check it out. And I did and I found out a couple of things I did not know about her. While she is not pregnant she is running marathons, triathlons, she does fabulous quilting's while talking care of 5 kids, which the smallest of the brood is singing nursery rhymes to the tune of Black Sabbath's "Iron Man". And another thing is that she served five years in the Army with the 101st Airborne. Yea but what are you going to do now is what I want to know. I could do all of those things if I wanted to but I didn't wanna. Just kidding it is amazing to me how driven she is to accomplish all of this in her short life and she is not encumbered by being a Republican. Go figure.

Back on that horse Willie--good work! But when it comes to enduring hardship, no man can match a woman's capacity for pain. And they can have it!
Good work Uncle Willie. I have missed your phonetically spelled spin class posts.

Thanks Willie! The only thing I will say about last Monday is that was what one would call a "Double-Rainbow-Double-Spin session." Peppered with Lady Gaga. It was fun like doing the chicken dance at a wedding is fun. But I'll take ERSG anyday.
and as far as my activities go: maybe you can help me come up with a list of things to do before I turn 40.
