Spin Class 2011

.

Yesterdays spin class's was different kind of ride from our gal Evil. It was a ride consisting of raising your heart rates in increments along the whole ride. So it starts out kind of easy than it gets a little harder as you go along. It's pretty cool, and it's a way of keeping in shape in the winter so you will be ready to go when the weather breaks in July here in Maine.

Our gal has been on a tear since she got back from the spin class extravaganza in Boston this summer. She's all technical and shit. And I for one am getting worried because she has been to nice lately. There hasn't been any "Come on you slackers pick it up!" or "Don't make me get off this bike and kick your lazy asses all the way to Caribou (Caribou is the second largest city in Aroostook County, Maine)." I think it's drugs but what do I know.

The classes are getting bigger and bigger every week. The winter people are coming out of the walls. And with that it's,for me anyway,a little scary because now I have to remember all of their names, which I am not very well at. There has not been a lot of interlopers in class lately. Just one women who sets her bike up in the rear of the room and does not follow what is being taught. She must be some kind of dancer because all I see her do is throw her arms around like, well like someone throwing their arms around. It's quite off putting to say the least. I keep giving her permission to go to the bathroom.

That's it for today have a nice day
