I know that I have written in the pass about how I think our gal Evil is trying to kill off the senior riders in her class, but I think she really is this time. She has been on this kick lately about trying to get us all to peak in the spring when we can bike out side. Well I will be peaking, but my peak will be in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.
Everyone in class is working at the max. My legs, by the time the workout is over, are screaming. I can hardly finish the workout with all that noise coming from my legs. Well anyway as we are putting away the bikes, people just look at each other and raise their eyebrows all red faced with tongues hanging out of their mouths. It's been a real hard workout for the last 3 weeks.
I have been noticing that our gal has this strange grin on her face as she ramps up the routine. She is really enjoying our suffering. I think she would have made a good prison guard.
Well every thing worked out, there were no casualties and we all made it....... this time.
On a unrelated topic, I went for my routine checkup today and everything seemed to be going fine until he stuck his index finger up my butt. Do you think I should change dentists?

Correction: The only person who is working at their max is you. I have been preaching and preaching a very gradual build up to threshold and then we work around there for a while. Me thinks you are trying to show off hard tough you are to the other seniors by going all out the entire ride. Tisk, tisk....
She is not evil! She is awesome!! How lucky are we to have such a talented incredible trainer who spends days coming up with the perfect lesson plan so that we can try to be in the best shape of our lives.
