I ran a really great spin class this Wednesday, I call the ride "Grinch workout". And the reaction I got was tremendous, people just loved it. I never got a reaction to the music that I got from this ride. People would come up to me after the ride and comment. Things like "You need to take this ride out to the public, they all need to do this." Or one of my favorites "You are a God". Eat your heart out Evil one. What are you going to do on Monday girl friend?
I'm just kidding I did not do a Grinch ride because if I did our gal would probably kick your pal right in his special area. She let me know this because I had done a blues Christmas ride on Friday ahead of her blues ride on Monday. Buy the way my Wednesday ride was super cool and yes I am a spin god.
Changing the subject, I dashed off a email to Lowes for their removal of there commercials on the TLC show 'All-American Muslim'. The reason they removed it was because of the outrage from a Florida religious group, Florida Family Association. John Stewart can give you the crazy resonating behind this groups problem with the show better then I.
