All is Normal Again

Mondays workout was great. Evil is back and is in mid season form. With great music and a terrific workout. Today the music for the workout was for Heidi, as it was her birthday recently. I don't know were Evil finds these tunes but she comes up with some beauties. Heidi's request was to have the music for the workout from each decade starting form the 50's. The first song was "What Ever Lola Wants" with a dance beat, it was great. Evil is a master at putting these workouts together. I guess all the time in her lair pays off. But the big news was that the Saturday spin class will be on. The people at the YMCA have come to their senses and have seen the light and there will be no change. The head of the department came into the class, and announced it. She singled your pal out for inappropriate comments I had written ,on a comment card, after learning they were going to cancel the Saturday class. What's the matter can't they take a couple of off color remarks, or couple of Hitler references. Lighten up, jeez Louise. So any who, the squeaky wheel always gets the oil. And our Saturday class was real squeaky.

Well Willie...I haven't been on your blog for a very long time and things are starting to slow down slightly so I thought I would take a peek. Glad to see things haven't changed. The picture of the thong was disgusting and I can't believe that Sandy would have reinstated the class if she saw that. Or maybe she did see that and that was her reference yesterday.....Shame on you.
Also your article on your science project...what is it with middle school boys and farting??? I assume you heard the fluff over at CRMS last year about the letter restricting students to expel gas in the classroom. I believe there was some deterrent of mandatory detention for those who could not restrain themselves...the letter received national attention and the school was flooded with thousands of emails.... In any event things haven't changed since you were in middle school or wasn't it called junior high back then?.....There is no place for flatulence in our schools...not then and not now.
See ya tomorrow, Mary

Hey Willie,
Thanks for the complements. Glad you liked the tunes and w/o. I keep those musical relics locked in a vault in my dungeon. You'll never know where I get them. Never, never, never will I give up my secret sources. Ha, ha, ha...

Have to agree with Mary about the thong and the farts project. Utterly revolting. That's all I can say.

Sandy deserves a lot more credit than you gave her for returning the cycle schedule back to normal. At least she listened to your whining and carrying on and actually did something about it. She did so much more than most fitness directors would do. A+ in my book. She's a good egg- that Sandy.
