It touches my heart that you are concerned enough for my well being to warn me away from the beach.
Although I'm too busy with work to make spin classes at the moment I can still run and swim, and even occasionally get on the bike for a quick loop around the bay. So I haven't become a whale yet...
I'll be back to spin in December.
