Today spin class was really a great workout. The evil one hit her stride with this workout. As I said last week, she wants us to match the beat of the music while adding tension to the fly wheel. It is a really hard workout with everyone in class sweating and groaning all through the workout. Evil seems to be her glory as she is laughing and smiling through out the workout. She likes to make us suffer, and if we are not, she is sad. I am exasperating a little, she is just half sad.
Any how she had a pretty good group today with a bunch of the regulars, Dede,Wonder, Heidi,Dolly, Wendy, and the other Wendy, on hand. There seems to be a growing number of interlopers who are trying to make the first team.
After class I was talking with on the these interloper want-a-be's about the Minnesota Viking lost yesterday. She is from Minnesota and she was really rooting for Bret Farve. Ya she is.
Well it was a good workout as always from our gal Evil.
