Random Thoughts

Well the former Pope, John Paul II, is in the news today, It seems that the Pope use to whip himself with a belt, and sleep on the floor as a act of penitence. I guess it's not easy being the Pope. Also there were no garter belts of high heels involved.

Good news , for me anyway, undercover filmmakers James O'Keefe who claim to fame was his filming of a couple of Acorn employees giving some bad advise about starting a house of prostitution to O'Keefe and one of his employee. Even though this was a single incidence, it was used to demonize the whole organization on the fair and balanced channel. Well Mr O'Keefe was just arrested, by the FBI, for impersonating a telephone company employee to try to bug the office of Louisiana Democratic Senator Mary Landrieu. I wonder how much coverage Fox will give this story, Not much me thinks.

J.D. Hayworth (R-AZ), who is running for John McCains seat, was asked whether he's "as far right as the birthers," the former Republican Congressman called on President Obama to produce his birth certificate for public inspection. I guess the only way for a person running for office will have a chance, is to climb on the weirdo band wagon. Hey J.D. how about wearing a aluminum foil hat.

Last night spin class was without your pal, as I am having a foot problem, and I really hope because of that, not being there I mean, people will not show up any longer. You all know how popular your pal is. Enough said.

And lastly a shout out to South Carolina, from John Stewart.
