1. With Thanksgiving over, we moved to Friday and what to do with the relatives all day. But my wives relatives are easy, all you have to do is provide them with 4 pounds of lobsters a piece.
This has become a tradition after Thanksgiving. We all pile into a car and head down to Owls Head to meet up with a lobsta (correct pronunciation) fisherman to buy his fresh catch. And atmosphere at the dock is New England perfect. The temperature was cool with some fog with slight mist in the air. When my wife ordered the lobsta she also ordered the atmosphere for a little extra charge. In the end it was a good experience from dock to table. And everyone was as happy as a clam. And you all know how happy they are.
2.Yesterdays spin class was a little different. When I entered the workout room I noticed that something was just not right. It looked that same, with all of the bikes in place, but something is wrong with this picture. As I approached my ride and was about to climb a board Evil called to me "Grab a step for your bike." "What are you talking about, girl friend?"I said in my best Oprah imitation.
It seems that Evil had decided that we were going to workout extra hard by putting a step, the one the step class uses, under the front of the bikes to raise it up about 8 or 9 inches. The reason for this was to cause more pain for everyone in the class. What's next, suspending the bikes, upside down, from the ceiling and crazy gluing ourselves to the bikes. I know this is down the road for use all.
All and all it was a good ride and very innovative. Even thought I now have pain in a new place on my body, I enjoyed the ride very much and so did all of the class.
3.I cannot take politicians being interviewed on TV. This morning I watched a interview with Eric Canter, one of Willie's World most frighting people of all time, not answer a single question that Matt Lauer asked.
4. And from what I think is one of the best thing on TV, the Simpsons. It is a behind the scenes with The Simpsons--reading a scene. Enjoy.
