Monday in spin class was a good ride, as our gal Evil was on her game. She is also working with a new tool on her exercise bike. This device measures the revolutions per minute. And what that means is that she can teach RPM with different degrees of tension. So now she has a tool to torcher us just a little bit more.
I kid because I love. She is the best she spends many hours in her dungeon putting these classes together every week. And this is a lot, and also raise her 4 little monsters.....kids. So hats off to her for being the best.
The class was full today, with many regulars and only 1 interloper. This guy, the interloper, was right in front of me and he must be a regular cycle dude, because he was moving really well with loads of tension on the flywheel. I of course had to match his intensity. So what that means is that I was close to cardiac arrest and was sweating like Rush Limbaugh trying to tie his shoes. I was really glad when the workout was over before I collapse on the floor. It would have been very embarrassing for your pal, as everyone looks up to me as a roll model.
Well anywho it was a good ride with good tunes. One of her mixes used the back beat from the old Peter Gunn TV show theme song.

New cycle dude is Mac and he is a veteran cyclist and races time trials.. Very fast- top in his age group!
