This year my wife's uncle pass a way. He had a couple of magazine subscriptions and one of them was Sports Illustrated. So I had it delivered to our Maine address and I just love this magazine. I use to be a real big sports fan but that has waed over the years. I still follow it but only half heartedly. But with the subscription to Sports Illustrated it has renewed my interest in many sports. The writing is great and the stories are really compelling.
A couple of quotes that I found in the magazine from sports figures I thought were good are:

Another little blurb is called, Sign of the apocalypse......A Los Angeles woman last week postponed her 15-year old son's appendectopmy so that she could attend Manny Pacquiao's media day appearance at ta Hollywood gym.
What is the world coming to. If you have any interest in sporst pick up a copy and have a read, you might just like it.
